Self-employed workers. Fourth annual time period to change the contribution base

Deadline: 31^st of December, 2020

We would like to remind anyone who is part of the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers that they can change the contribution base of their existing social security contributions FOUR TIMES A YEAR and choose another base within the established limits and as long as they request this specifically at the Social Security Treasury General Office. The fourth deadline this year is the 31^st of December, 2020 and the new contribution base will then come into force on the 1^st of January, 2021.
